酪梨(黑美人)到貨後，需儘快開箱通風，避免悶壞。
酪梨熟軟(外皮會轉色)後才能放入冰箱。
酪梨熟軟後，可以直接佐醬食用，哇沙米、蜂蜜等都是不錯的選擇！
酪梨賞味期來不及放進肚子保存，可以分裝好放入冷凍延長保存，等要打果汁時再退冰即可。
